GM900 Won't start after jolt

Hi guys,

Bit of a wierd one, but a friend of mine has a '96 900, and his foot accidentally slipped off the clutch and gave the car an almighty jolt (in reverse gear BTW). Now the car won't start, is there any type of inertia switch or fuel/spark cut out in the event of a crash? The engine is turning over, but won't fire. Have checked the fuel pump relay and fuse and there is 12 volts going to them when the ignition is on 3rd stage.

Any Ideas?
